Service Description
Awaken and align towards harmony and relaxation with this full body Ayurvedic Garshana massage treatment with your specific Dosha aligning medicated, herbal oil. A special Ayurvedic, botanical exfoliation powder or silk glove exfoliation is specially made for each client and applied to the entire body with an Abhyanga massage afterwards. This treatment is beneficial for detoxifying the body of impurities and restoring vitality. It is wonderful for balancing Vata excess. Add the Svedhana (Steam) afterwards! *Please be aware that this is a very oily treatment and to wear appropriate clothing. It is recommended to rest for the day afterwards.
