Service Description
A warm, medicated oil treatment in a dough dam on the chest/heart to aid in pacifying Vata, stimulating the heart chakra, moving grief, induces happiness and peaceful feelings, aids in supporting chest muscles, increases blood flow in the chest/heart and body. Supports the lungs. Acupressure massage follows the Basti treatment in this special therapy. Add a Steam Sauna session (Svedhana) after your massage to further experience relaxation and the nurturing benefits of this herbal oil treatment.

Schedule online very easily and securely using any credit card or request a payment link from us BEFORE booking to use Afterpay as a payment option. Need assistance call or text 503-922-5190. Please fill out the Ayurveda Intake email form before your appointment. We understand that life happens! Please give us the courtesy of 24 hour notice in the event of a cancelation to reschedule your appointment. Call us to reschedule if needed, not a problem. We do not give refunds on any services. If the service needs to be rescheduled or canceled the payment will be credited towards any future service or retail for the individual or a friend. Credit towards prepaid services is valid for one year from the date. Minors between the ages of 15 - 17 welcome with a parent present during the entire appointment.
