For knees with arthritis, sore muscles and reducing inflammation and moving lymph.
Service Description
Ayurvedic 60 minute treatment specifically focused on the knees. Specially medicated, warm herbal oils are used in stationary pools with a dough dam. A full leg, knee and foot massage follows the Basti oil treatment. Very good for joint health. Helps to relieve knee pain, loosening muscles and connective tissue. *The time that the oil rests in the Basti varies according to one's Dosha intake. The entire appointment time is 60 minutes. This could be for one knee or both, this depends. Add a Steam Sauna session (Svedhana) after your massage to further experience relaxation and the nurturing benefits of this herbal oil treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Online deposit for services is non refundable and is applied towards appointment. Remaining is due at the appointment in person via credit card, cash or Venmo. In the event of a cancellation made prior to 48 hours the deposit is applied to future services. They can be gifted. If appointment is a no - call or no - show, deposit is forfeited for our time and resources. Please fill out the Ayurveda Intake email form before your appointment. Must be 18 years and older to receive services.
