What to expect
Is there parking available?
We have four spaces in front of the building that are available for all clients that come to this business location. There are other providers in the building so these spaces fill up fast. Plan on paying for street parking on Saturdays and there is free street parking on Sundays. Give yourself time to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and have a stress - free entrance to our sanctuary.
Do you allow pets?
We do not allow any animals including service animals.
Do you work with minors?
No. One must be 18 years old to attend.
What happens if I am late?
If you are running late immediately let us know. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and rescheduled. We will not charge you for this, however, if it happens a second time we will charge you for the entire amount of the missed appointment. Please note that all appointments begin at the scheduled time and if you are late at all, which means arriving at the start time of your appointment, we will not go over time and you will still be expected to pay for the entire treatment time.
What are the rules and boundaries expected of my behavior?
Cazimi Spa's therapist is trying to help regulate your nervous system and provide a rejuvenating, peaceful, positive and restful experience.
We take self care seriously and this means that we do not allow the following behavior- phone use during the appointment (unless a true emergency), constant conversation about politics, speaking to one's therapist disrespectfully, withholding important medical information, not complying with an intake form, exposing oneself or sexual advances, abusive and rude comments/actions or haggling the price of the services. The service will be ended and the client will be asked to leave, full payment will be expected. Thank you for your respecting that these are our boundaries here and we promise to also absolutely respect yours.
I have a fixed income and financial hardship can you make any exceptions for me?
We can offer you Afterpay as a payment option where you can pay for your treatment in 4 payments each every two weeks.
