This is a very special tune up spa day experience for when you need just that. An uplifting....A boost.... Support....To rest, rejuvenate, recharge, sink down and heal. This is your treatment time, customized for your Doshas based on your Ayurvedic intake. You will experience the following - - A Shirodhara with medicated oil, for 30 minutes. - A Kizhi Abhyanga (poultice ball) massage with your special Dosha specific hot oil for 60 minutes. - 30 minute Kansa Thali Foot Massage with warm oil. - A 30 minute Svedhana steam sauna. Spa robe and slippers available for your comfort during your visit.
Cancellation Policy
Online deposit for services is non refundable and is applied towards appointment. Remaining is due at the appointment in person via credit card, cash or Venmo. In the event of a cancellation made prior to 48 hours the deposit is applied to future services. They can be gifted. If appointment is a no - call or no - show, deposit is forfeited for our time and resources. Please fill out the Ayurveda Intake email form before your appointment. Must be 18 years and older to receive services.
