Service Description
Experience the ultimate in divine Ayurvedic massage including up to 30 minutes of a relaxing, full body steam bath (Svedhana) after the massage. Our cooling and refreshing Tulsi/Rose/Sandalwood spray and Nasya (nose) oil is offered afterwards. This is a 60 minute Ayurveda treatment massage consisting of a hot herbal poultice ball with the following Ayurvedic herbs and spices depending on your Ayurveda intake. Deep tissue Indian massage techniques are used in this treatment. These herbs and spices are to encourage the following benefits : Increase deep relaxation. Soothe inflammation of the skin and muscles/tendons. Alleviate imbalanced Doshas, pain and stiffness. Primarily Vata imbalance. Help arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint pain, connective tissue pain and stiffness. Exfoliate the skin and reduce heat in the channels/meridians. Helps to reduce swelling and move lymph. Nourish depleted immunity, restore Tridoshic balance, drain Kapha, pacify Pitta and calm Vata. One's Dosha specific herbal oil is used for the massage in the treatment. Relax in the steam sauna for up to 30 minutes after the massage to experience the full Ayurvedic benefits.

Schedule online very easily using any credit card, Venmo or PayPal options! Don’t need a membership plan to book any appointments with us or a PayPal account either! Choose credit card option at the end of the checkout process. Need assistance call or text 503-922-5190 Please fill out the Ayurveda Intake email form before your appointment. We understand that life happens! Please give us the courtesy of 24 hour notice in the event of a cancelation to reschedule your appointment. Call us to reschedule if needed, not a problem. We do not give refunds on any services. If the service needs to be rescheduled or canceled the payment will be credited towards any future service or retail for the individual or a friend. Credit towards prepaid services is valid for one year from the date. Minors between the ages of 15 - 17 welcome with a parent present during the entire appointment.
